The brief
Behavioral health centers lose revenue to denials that start weeks before billing: a payer bulletin nobody read, a note nobody signed, an authorization nobody renewed. The product had to explain a crew of agents to busy clinical staff without sounding like hype.
What we did
We gave every agent a face and a job, then showed a believable morning: what the crew found overnight, who owns each item and why it matters. The site walks through six gates every claim passes, using a sample workspace with made-up clients. We also build the product itself: the staff portal, check-in and the agent review flow.
