CREW.INK

CREW.INK (rebranding from LVL2) pulls requests, deposits, waivers and reminders into one shop flow, so artists stop chasing DMs and stop eating no-shows.

The brief

Tattoo artists run their books out of Instagram DMs. Requests get buried, deposits get forgotten and no-shows cost real money. The product needed to feel like it came from the culture, not from a software company.

What we did

We built the marketing site and the product surface around one idea: a booking isn't booked until the deposit lands. Artists claim their own page handle, and an assistant drafts replies to new requests and chases balances. In October 2026 the product started rebranding from LVL2 to CREW.INK, with a new blackletter wordmark and app icon.
